This is the INCF XNAT database, a production of the INCF Neuroimaging Datasharing Task Force.

So what's this all about?

This instance of XNAT has been modified to run quality assessment tools on uploaded data. Anyone can upload data, and the QA results will be mailed to you. The data is then available to others, and may meet data sharing requirements.

That sounds great! How do I do it?

First create an account for yourself on the INCF portal. Then download one of the upload tools to the left (currently only incf_push) and use it to upload your data.

That was easy. Now what?

The server will process your data and send you notification when processing is complete. You can then see BIRN QA results on any time series data you sent and basic structural QA on structural data.

If your data is not sufficiently deidentified, it will be removed from the server and you will be notified.

And then anyone can download my data?

Yup.

What if I want to remove it?

You have complete control of your data. Log in to the database with your portal credentials and you can hide or delete the data you have uploaded.

What are the DICOM attributes that need to be removed?

How about some legalese? Uploading and downloading each requires agreeing to terms of use.
